In August of 2021, my basement flooded due to the heavy rains we received. I was extremely thankful when I called my agent, Mindy, and discovered I was covered. My mother was not so lucky. My mother is still working on the repairs in her basement. While I was sitting back, watching the repairs in my house be completed. We had a few hiccups during the repair process with the claims adjustor, but when I called Mindy, she was on the ball, and the problem was fixed immediately. Mindy is the most knowledgeable, caring, and honest agent. She has been my agent for 10+ years and is the only agent I trust. Thank you Mindy for always having my back.

The second time I asked for advice, I was able to go through her, and I'm so glad it worked out that way! She even offered to come to board meetings if ever needed, to explain the nuances of the policy to the board. Amazing customer service!
